About the Program: Sutter-Yuba FSP and PSH

¿ìèÊÓƵ's Sutter-Yuba programs include a Full Service Partnership (FSP) and two Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) locations, operating as a boutique program providing intimate, uniquely tailored services to members of Sutter-Yuba counties.

SHINE FSP uses the Assertive Community Treatment model with a multidisciplinary team, including peer specialists and personal service coordinators experienced in mental health and substance use disorders. The team offers personalized services in a supportive environment that addresses the needs and goals of its members.

New Haven PSH provides onsite support and case management for 19 units in Yuba City, focusing on adults facing homelessness and serious mental health issues. Services include case management, resource linkage, behavioral health coordination, crisis intervention, housing stabilization, and skill-building for independent living.
